Terms of Service
Effective from May 9, 2026
1. About the service
iFutureArt · Paint by Numbers (hereinafter «the App») is a service for painting pictures by numbers with gamification elements (points, leaderboards, daily records, collaborative sessions for up to 10 people). Available on several platforms:

Operator: LLC «INTERNATIONAL ART» (INN 1655495116, OGRN 1231600023710).
The App is free. Supported by the sale of physical paint-by-numbers kits on the website ifutureart.ru, Wildberries and Ozon.
2. Acceptance of terms
Launching the App on any of the supported platforms (Telegram, MAX, VK or installing the native app for iOS/Android) constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree — do not use the App.
3. Account
- The account is created automatically on first launch based on your platform identifier (Telegram user_id, MAX user_id, VK user_id or Apple sub for iOS)
- One platform identifier = one account in the App on that platform. If you use the App on several platforms simultaneously — these are independent accounts with their own progress and points. Account linking between platforms is not currently implemented.
- Creating multiple accounts within one platform by one person (multi-accounting) is prohibited
- No passwords are used — authentication via HMAC signature of initData (Telegram WebApp / MAX Bridge / VK Mini Apps launch params) or Apple identity token for iOS
4. In-game currency («points»)
Points are virtual game items. They are not money, cryptocurrency, or any other means of payment.
- Cannot be exchanged for real money
- Cannot be returned, transferred, or sold between users
- Can be exchanged in the «Rewards» section for promo codes with discounts on physical kits
- Are not transferred between platforms (points in Telegram are not available to MAX of the same person and vice versa)
- The Operator reserves the right to change the rules of accruing and debiting points
5. Rules of conduct and user-generated content (UGC)
When using the App, the following is prohibited:
- Automate actions (use bots, scripts, emulators)
- Intentionally exploit bugs, vulnerabilities to gain advantage
- Spam in collaborative chat; send offensive, threatening, discriminatory (hate speech), extremist, pornographic, violent or otherwise illegal/objectionable content in any form (text, emoji reactions, profile name)
- Harass other users — repeated unwanted messages, threats, doxing
- Use other people's accounts without owner consent
- Interfere with the App's operation (DoS, attacks, reverse engineering)
- Register multiple accounts within one platform to obtain bonuses
5.1. UGC moderation and user tools
In compliance with App Store guidelines (App Review Guideline 1.2) and general safety norms, the App provides the following mechanisms:
- Block a user — long-press on a participant in a collaborative session or on a specific chat message opens a context menu with «Block». Messages and reactions from the blocked user no longer appear in your interface. Manage your block list in Settings → Blocked.
- Report — the same context menu offers «Report» with reason selection (spam / harassment / hate speech / inappropriate / other). Reports are sent to moderators.
- Operator response within 24 hours — all reports are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Possible outcomes: warning to the offender, temporary chat restriction (mute), permanent account ban, or dismissal as unfounded.
- Acceptance regarding objectionable content — by continuing to use the App, you confirm zero tolerance for objectionable content and agree that the Operator may remove content and accounts violating this section.
For violations — at the Operator's discretion: warning, temporary chat restriction, account deletion, return of accrued points.
6. Content
Images in the App belong to the Operator or its licensors. Use outside the App (distribution, commercial use, modification) requires written permission from the Operator.
Share cards with your personal progress (filled picture + name + timer) you can freely distribute on social networks and messengers.
7. Promo codes and discounts
- Issued in exchange for points through the «Rewards» section
- Valid only on the specified platform (Wildberries, Ozon, the website ifutureart.ru)
- Validity period and discount amount are specified upon issuance
- Cannot be returned, exchanged for cash
- The Operator may cancel promo codes if abuse is detected
8. Liability
The App is provided «as is». The Operator:
- Does not guarantee 100% availability (planned and unplanned downtime is possible)
- Is not responsible for possible loss of game progress in case of technical failures; daily database backups are applied
- Is not responsible for actions of Telegram Messenger Inc., MAX (JSC «Communication Platform»), VK (VKontakte), Apple Inc., Google LLC and other third-party platforms
- Is not responsible for possible unavailability of the App in certain jurisdictions
9. Termination of access
The Operator reserves the right to:
- Limit or terminate access of a specific user for violations
- Suspend the App for technical works
- Terminate the App entirely, notifying users via channels @ifutureart on Telegram and channel on MAX at least 30 days in advance; native app users receive an on-device notification
You can delete your account at any time:
- iOS / Android app — via Settings → Delete account. Irreversible action with two-step confirmation. Upon confirmation, e-mail and Apple ID/Telegram links are erased, push tokens are removed, points are forfeited; your name in past collab sessions stays preserved (see Privacy Policy, section 7).
- Mini App in Telegram / MAX / VK — revoke bot access in your messenger settings (Telegram → @Paintbyapp_bot → Stop and block bot, similarly in MAX/VK), or write to privacy@ifutureart.ru with the subject «Account deletion» specifying platform + identifier.
10. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may make changes. Material changes are announced in the channels @ifutureart on Telegram and channel on MAX at least 7 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the App after changes is considered acceptance of the new version.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising from the use of the App are resolved in the relevant courts of the city of Kazan — at the Operator's location.

1. О сервисе
iFutureArt · Раскраска по номерам (далее «Приложение») — сервис для раскрашивания картин по номерам с элементами геймификации (очки, рейтинги, ежедневные рекорды, совместные сессии до 10 человек). Доступен в нескольких платформах:

Приложение бесплатное. Поддерживается продажей физических наборов для раскраски на сайте ifutureart.ru, Wildberries и Ozon.
2. Акцепт условий
Запуск Приложения в любой из поддерживаемых платформ (Telegram, MAX, VK или установка нативного приложения для iOS/Android) означает ваше ознакомление и согласие с настоящими Условиями и Политикой конфиденциальности. Если вы не согласны — не используйте Приложение.
3. Аккаунт
- Аккаунт создаётся автоматически при первом запуске на основе вашего идентификатора в платформе (Telegram user_id, MAX user_id, VK user_id или Apple sub для iOS)
- Один идентификатор платформы = один аккаунт в Приложении в этой платформе. Если вы пользуетесь Приложением в нескольких платформах одновременно — это независимые аккаунты со своим прогрессом и очками. Связывание аккаунтов между платформами на текущий момент не реализовано.
- Создание нескольких аккаунтов в рамках одной платформы одним лицом (multi-accounting) запрещено
- Пароли не используются — аутентификация через HMAC-подпись initData (Telegram WebApp / MAX Bridge / VK Mini Apps launch params) или Apple identity token для iOS
4. Игровая валюта («очки»)
Очки — виртуальные игровые элементы. Не являются деньгами, криптовалютой или иным платёжным средством.
- Не подлежат обмену на реальные денежные средства
- Не подлежат возврату, передаче или продаже между пользователями
- Могут быть обменены в разделе «Награды» на промокоды со скидкой на физические наборы
- Не переносятся между платформами (очки в Telegram-аккаунте не доступны MAX-аккаунту того же лица и наоборот)
- Оператор оставляет за собой право изменять правила начисления и списания очков
5. Правила поведения и пользовательский контент (UGC)
При использовании Приложения запрещено:
- Автоматизировать действия (использовать ботов, скрипты, эмуляторы)
- Намеренно эксплуатировать баги, уязвимости для получения преимущества
- Спамить в коллаборативном чате; отправлять оскорбительный, угрожающий, дискриминационный (hate speech), экстремистский, порнографический, насильственный или иной незаконный/неприемлемый контент в любом виде (текст, реакции-эмодзи, имя профиля)
- Преследовать других пользователей (harassment) — повторные нежелательные сообщения, угрозы, доксинг
- Использовать чужие аккаунты без согласия владельца
- Препятствовать работе Приложения (DoS, атаки, reverse-engineering)
- Регистрировать несколько аккаунтов в рамках одной платформы с целью получения бонусов
5.1. Модерация UGC и инструменты пользователя
В соответствии с правилами App Store (App Review Guideline 1.2) и общими нормами безопасности, Приложение предоставляет следующие механизмы:
- Заблокировать пользователя — long-press по участнику в коллаборативной сессии или по конкретному сообщению в чате открывает контекст-меню «Заблокировать». Сообщения и реакции от заблокированного пользователя не отображаются в вашем интерфейсе. Управление списком заблокированных доступно в Настройки → Заблокированные.
- Пожаловаться — в том же контекст-меню доступно «Пожаловаться» с выбором причины (спам / оскорбления / hate speech / неприемлемый контент / другое). Жалоба передаётся модераторам.
- Реакция Оператора в течение 24 часов — все жалобы рассматриваются в течение 24 часов с момента поступления. По результатам рассмотрения возможны действия: предупреждение нарушителю, временное ограничение доступа к чату (mute), постоянная блокировка аккаунта (ban), либо отклонение жалобы как необоснованной.
- Acceptance объективного контента — продолжая использовать Приложение, вы подтверждаете отсутствие толерантности к objectionable content и соглашаетесь, что Оператор вправе удалять контент и аккаунты, нарушающие настоящий пункт.
За нарушения — на усмотрение Оператора: предупреждение, временное ограничение чата, удаление аккаунта, возврат начисленных очков.
6. Контент
Изображения в Приложении принадлежат Оператору или его лицензиарам. Использование вне Приложения (распространение, коммерческое использование, модификация) требует письменного разрешения Оператора.
Share-карточки с вашим личным прогрессом (заполненная картина + имя + таймер) вы можете свободно распространять в соцсетях и мессенджерах.
7. Промокоды и скидки
- Выдаются в обмен на очки через раздел «Награды»
- Действительны только на указанной площадке (Wildberries, Ozon, сайт ifutureart.ru)
- Срок действия и размер скидки указываются при выдаче
- Не подлежат возврату, обмену на наличные
- Оператор вправе отменять промокоды при обнаружении злоупотреблений
8. Ответственность
Приложение предоставляется по принципу «как есть» («as is»). Оператор:
- Не гарантирует 100% доступность (возможны плановые и внеплановые простои)
- Не отвечает за возможную потерю игрового прогресса при технических сбоях; применяются ежедневные резервные копии БД
- Не отвечает за действия Telegram Messenger Inc., МАХ (АО «Коммуникационная платформа»), VK (ВКонтакте), Apple Inc., Google LLC и иных третьих лиц-площадок
- Не отвечает за возможную недоступность Приложения в отдельных юрисдикциях
9. Прекращение доступа
Оператор оставляет за собой право:
- Ограничить или прекратить доступ конкретного пользователя за нарушения
- Приостановить работу Приложения для технических работ
- Прекратить работу Приложения полностью, уведомив пользователей через каналы @ifutureart в Telegram, канал в MAX и vk.com/ifutureart не менее чем за 30 дней; пользователи нативных приложений получают уведомление на устройство
Вы можете удалить свой аккаунт в любой момент:
- iOS / Android приложение — через Настройки → Удалить аккаунт. Необратимое действие с двух-этапным confirm. После подтверждения e-mail и связь с Apple ID/Telegram стираются, push-токены удаляются, очки сгорают; имя в исторических коллаб-сессиях сохраняется (см. Политику конфиденциальности, раздел 7).
- Mini App в Telegram / MAX / VK — отзовите доступ бота в настройках мессенджера (Telegram → @Paintbyapp_bot → Stop and block bot, аналогично в MAX/VK), либо напишите на privacy@ifutureart.ru с темой «Удаление аккаунта» и укажите платформу + идентификатор.
10. Изменения Условий
Оператор вправе вносить изменения. Существенные изменения объявляются в каналах @ifutureart в Telegram, канал в MAX и vk.com/ifutureart не менее чем за 7 дней до вступления в силу. Продолжение использования Приложения после изменений считается акцептом новой редакции.
11. Применимое право и споры
Настоящие Условия регулируются законодательством Российской Федерации. Споры, возникающие из использования Приложения, разрешаются в соответствующих судах г. Казани — по месту нахождения Оператора.

La App es gratuita. Se mantiene mediante la venta de kits físicos para pintar en el sitio ifutureart.ru, Wildberries y Ozon.
2. Aceptación de los términos
Iniciar la App en cualquiera de las plataformas soportadas (Telegram, MAX, VK o instalar la app nativa para iOS/Android) significa tu reconocimiento y aceptación de estos Términos y la Política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo — no uses la App.
3. Cuenta
- La cuenta se crea automáticamente en el primer inicio basándose en tu identificador de plataforma (Telegram user_id, MAX user_id, VK user_id o Apple sub para iOS)
- Un identificador de plataforma = una cuenta en la App en esa plataforma. Si usas la App en varias plataformas simultáneamente — son cuentas independientes con su propio progreso y puntos. La vinculación de cuentas entre plataformas no está implementada actualmente.
- Crear varias cuentas dentro de una sola plataforma por una persona (multi-cuentas) está prohibido
- No se usan contraseñas — autenticación mediante firma HMAC de initData (Telegram WebApp / MAX Bridge / VK Mini Apps launch params) o Apple identity token para iOS
4. Moneda virtual («puntos»)
Los puntos son elementos virtuales del juego. No son dinero, criptomoneda ni ningún medio de pago.
- No pueden cambiarse por dinero real
- No pueden devolverse, transferirse ni venderse entre usuarios
- Pueden cambiarse en la sección «Recompensas» por códigos promocionales con descuento en kits físicos
- No se transfieren entre plataformas (los puntos en Telegram no están disponibles para MAX de la misma persona y viceversa)
- El Operador se reserva el derecho de cambiar las reglas de acumulación y débito de puntos
5. Reglas de conducta y contenido generado por usuarios (UGC)
Al usar la App está prohibido:
- Automatizar acciones (usar bots, scripts, emuladores)
- Explotar intencionalmente bugs, vulnerabilidades para obtener ventaja
- Hacer spam en el chat colaborativo; enviar contenido ofensivo, amenazante, discriminatorio (hate speech), extremista, pornográfico, violento o de cualquier otra forma ilegal/inaceptable (texto, reacciones emoji, nombre de perfil)
- Acosar a otros usuarios — mensajes no deseados repetidos, amenazas, doxing
- Usar cuentas de otras personas sin consentimiento del propietario
- Interferir con el funcionamiento de la App (DoS, ataques, ingeniería inversa)
- Registrar varias cuentas dentro de una sola plataforma para obtener bonificaciones
5.1. Moderación UGC y herramientas del usuario
Cumpliendo con las normas de App Store (App Review Guideline 1.2) y normas generales de seguridad, la App proporciona los siguientes mecanismos:
- Bloquear usuario — long-press sobre un participante en una sesión colaborativa o sobre un mensaje específico del chat abre un menú contextual con «Bloquear». Los mensajes y reacciones del usuario bloqueado dejan de aparecer en tu interfaz. Gestiona la lista en Ajustes → Bloqueados.
- Reportar — el mismo menú contextual ofrece «Reportar» con selección de motivo (spam / acoso / discurso de odio / inapropiado / otro). Los reportes se envían a los moderadores.
- Respuesta del Operador en 24 horas — todos los reportes se revisan en un plazo de 24 horas desde su recepción. Posibles resultados: advertencia al infractor, restricción temporal del chat (mute), bloqueo permanente de la cuenta (ban), o desestimación si no procede.
- Aceptación sobre contenido inaceptable — al continuar usando la App, confirmas tolerancia cero hacia contenido inaceptable y aceptas que el Operador puede eliminar contenido y cuentas que infrinjan esta sección.
Por infracciones — a discreción del Operador: advertencia, restricción temporal del chat, eliminación de cuenta, devolución de puntos acumulados.
6. Contenido
Las imágenes en la App pertenecen al Operador o sus licenciantes. El uso fuera de la App (distribución, uso comercial, modificación) requiere permiso por escrito del Operador.
Las tarjetas de share con tu progreso personal (cuadro pintado + nombre + temporizador) puedes distribuirlas libremente en redes sociales y mensajeros.
7. Códigos promocionales y descuentos
- Se emiten a cambio de puntos a través de la sección «Recompensas»
- Válidos solo en la plataforma indicada (Wildberries, Ozon, sitio ifutureart.ru)
- Plazo de validez y monto del descuento se indican al emitir
- No reembolsables, no canjeables por efectivo
- El Operador puede cancelar códigos promocionales si detecta abuso
8. Responsabilidad
La App se proporciona «tal cual» («as is»). El Operador:
- No garantiza disponibilidad del 100% (son posibles tiempos de inactividad planificados e imprevistos)
- No se responsabiliza por la posible pérdida del progreso del juego en caso de fallos técnicos; se aplican copias de seguridad diarias de la BD
- No se responsabiliza por las acciones de Telegram Messenger Inc., MAX (SA «Plataforma de comunicación»), VK (VKontakte), Apple Inc., Google LLC y otras plataformas de terceros
- No se responsabiliza por la posible no disponibilidad de la App en determinadas jurisdicciones
9. Terminación del acceso
El Operador se reserva el derecho de:
- Limitar o terminar el acceso de un usuario específico por infracciones
- Suspender la App para trabajos técnicos
- Terminar el funcionamiento de la App por completo, notificando a los usuarios a través de los canales @ifutureart en Telegram y canal en MAX con al menos 30 días de antelación; los usuarios de la app nativa reciben una notificación en el dispositivo
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento:
- App iOS / Android — vía Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta. Acción irreversible con confirmación en dos pasos. Tras confirmar, e-mail y vínculos con Apple ID/Telegram se borran, los tokens push se eliminan, los puntos se pierden; tu nombre en sesiones de colab pasadas se mantiene (ver Política de privacidad, sección 7).
- Mini App en Telegram / MAX / VK — revoca el acceso del bot en los ajustes del mensajero (Telegram → @Paintbyapp_bot → Stop and block bot, igual en MAX/VK), o escribe a privacy@ifutureart.ru con el asunto «Eliminación de cuenta» especificando plataforma + identificador.
10. Cambios en los Términos
El Operador puede hacer cambios. Los cambios sustanciales se anuncian en los canales @ifutureart en Telegram y canal en MAX con al menos 7 días de antelación a su entrada en vigor. El uso continuado de la App después de los cambios se considera aceptación de la nueva versión.
11. Ley aplicable y disputas
Los presentes Términos se rigen por la legislación de la Federación Rusa. Las disputas que surjan del uso de la App se resuelven en los tribunales correspondientes de la ciudad de Kazán — en la sede del Operador.
